• Identify broad problems proactively and translate these into projects for your teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to develop end-to-end network solutions for Alphabet.
• Advocate for and build a strong team culture that fosters openness and collaboration.
• Grow and retain talent, provide technical direction, and manage other managers.
