Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a highly technical Product Manager to advance the Trust Lifecycle Manager across cloud, Kubernetes, and identity-security ecosystems. This role suits someone who enjoys rolling up sleeves—hands-on cloud services, validating technical workflows, and partnering closely with engineers to turn early concepts into customer-facing capabilities.

You will operate at the intersection of PKI, cloud-native architectures, and certificate automation—translating complex needs into scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in product management, technical program management, DevOps, cloud engineering, or related role.
• Experience with at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) especially in security/identity workloads.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, certificate issuance flows, mTLS, and cloud-native security practices.
• Familiarity with API design and integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs for engineering squads in an Agile environment.
• Build quick proofs-of-concept to evaluate feasibility and value.
• Assist with release planning, validation, and rollout of new features.
