Job summary

MatchPoint Solutions in Columbus, IN is seeking an IT Technical Engineer to lead design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications. You will own the technical delivery and architecture across multiple mission-critical systems, including L3/L4 production support, and design scalable, secure cloud-native solutions using microservices and event-driven patterns.

The role requires deep experience with React/Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Python, plus strong AWS

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend stacks incl. React/Angular, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Python.
AWS implementation (Lambdas, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS) and cloud-native patterns.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise applications.
Own technical delivery and architecture of multiple mission-critical apps, including L3/L4 production support.
Design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions using microservices and event-driven patterns.
Define architecture, deployment strategy, and non-functional requirements such as performance and security.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and drive improvements.
Enforce enterprise architecture, security, and development standards.
Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Prepare technical docs, designs, and architecture diagrams.
