You will collaborate closely with engineers, product, and marketing teams to produce blog posts, case studies, white papers, and technical articles, while refining a unified editorial voice. You will manage external writers, oversee the blog, and drive content that translates complex topics into engaging educational material for a technical audience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in writing, and editing content.
• You are a strong communicator, well organized, and have excellent writing skills.
• You are comfortable and familiar with the cloud-native ecosystem.
• You have publicly available writing samples.
• You are highly proficient and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the editorial calendar across the website, blog, and resources library.
• Provide editorial oversight to establish a single voice for the client.
• Suggest creative content ideas that resonate with the audience.
• Lead external writers by directing, managing, and editing their deliverables.
• Manage the blog, write and edit articles.
• Interview users and customers to write case studies.
