CallTower Inc. seeks a Senior Content Writer with deep cloud communications experience to own content strategy across the global portfolio. You will translate complex tech into business outcomes, act as a SM and strategic leader, and collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams.

You will lead development of blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, and web content, optimizing for SEO, AEO, and GEO, while mentoring junior writers and driving demand generation and customer engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field or 6+ years of experience.
• 5+ years in professional content writing or content marketing in cloud communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech.
• Proven portfolio across technical, strategic, and marketing content formats.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-search content optimization.
• Experience with CMS, marketing platforms, and analytics tools (WordPress, HubSpot, GA).
• Strong editing, proofreading, research, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead content strategy and execution aligned with marketing goals and personas.
• Partner with executives and product teams to develop thought leadership content.
• Create blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, web pages, emails, and social assets.
• Develop content for UCaaS/CCaaS, AI, and enterprise tech audiences.
• Optimize content for SEO, AI search, and generative AI platforms.
• Manage content lifecycle, audits, updates, localization, and retirement.
• Measure engagement, traffic, leads, and pipeline influence; adjust strategies.
• Mentor junior writers and collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams.
