The role requires 2–5+ years in software marketing, a business/CS/engineering background (MBA preferred), and strong writing, messaging, and cross‑functional collaboration. Travel 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create positioning and messaging for target markets and personas.
• Develop marketing campaigns to drive awareness and product sales.
• Create marketing content for GTM: web, blogs, social, presentations, videos, case studies, demos, training.
• Evangelize VMware at events with customers, analysts, press, and executives.
• Deliver sales enablement training for VMware field and partners.
