Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a product leader to own the Cloud Namespace surface in Temporal Cloud, ensuring provisioning, configuration, operation, and evolution of Namespaces with safe, scalable defaults. You will partner with Engineering to deliver customer-facing capabilities, drive throughput and capacity planning, and policy features for reliable, cost-efficient multi-tenant operation at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping and operating platform/infrastructure products with reliability, performance, and cost tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate workload needs into scalable policies, quotas, and defaults that scale across many customers.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Cloud Ops/SRE, Support, Sales, Security and other stakeholders.
• Experience defining and managing SLOs/SLAs and using metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Cloud Namespace lifecycle for Temporal Cloud: provisioning, configuration, operation, and safe deletion.
• Define and evolve Namespace offerings (SLA, latency, residency, cost) that are clear and trustworthy.
• Own throughput and capacity management for Namespaces (autoscaling, capacity planning, quotas).
• Drive operational policy and features (Namespace placement, replication, scaling) for multi-tenant scale.
• Define and own Namespace APIs & configuration used by automation, UI, and other products.
