Job summary

Leidos Inc. seeks a Project Manager to support cloud modernization for the United States Coast Guard at the C5ISC in the Alexandria, VA area. The role emphasizes coordinating cloud migration and onboarding of applications to AWS and Azure, while working with government stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee Agile delivery, manage Jira and Confluence, and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to deliver project objectives on schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience; degree may be substituted with more experience
• 3+ years supporting technical projects, IT modernization, cloud migrations, or related tech programs
• Experience using MS Project to develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence, including workflows and dashboards
• Experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams in PM, Scrum Master, or related roles

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, roadmaps, milestones, and plans using Jira, MS Project, or related tools
• Track execution against scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and action-item tracking
• Support Agile delivery through backlog management and sprint coordination
• Promote Agile practices and ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders
