Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Cloud Management Architect. The role involves managing the software and technologies designed for operating and monitoring applications, data, and services residing in the cloud. The successful candidate will use cloud management tools to ensure cloud computing-based resources are working optimally and properly interacting with users and other services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software and technologies for operating and monitoring applications, data, and services in the cloud.
• Utilize cloud management tools to ensure optimal performance of cloud-based resources.
• Ensure proper interaction between cloud resources, users, and other services.
• Leverage major cloud provider technologies for private cloud services.
• Work with approved commercial cloud providers.

Experience

Five or more (5+) years of related experience with virtualization and cloud technologies and platforms. Three or more (3+) years of experience implementing High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

Technical Skills

Experience working with Web Services, Application Program Interface (API), and Representational State Transfer (REST) services.
