Job summary

West Search Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Systems & Cloud Engineer to join its global IT organization. The role focuses on hybrid Azure and on-premises infrastructure, networking, security, Microsoft 365, and end-user technologies.

You will design and optimize Azure environments, manage identity and access, implement automation with PowerShell, Python, and Bash, and help improve reliability and security across a global, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in systems/infrastructure/cloud engineering.
• Hands-on Azure experience and Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, migrate, administer, and optimize Microsoft Azure environments.
• Support and enhance a hybrid environment with Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware, storage, and networking.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, data management, backup, protection, and recovery solutions.
• Monitor environments for availability, security, capacity, and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, network, and systems issues.
