Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems is seeking an experienced IT Systems and Cloud Engineer to manage on‑premise infrastructure and Microsoft Azure cloud. The role focuses on reliability, security, and evolving the IT department's future model.

The candidate will oversee cloud infrastructure, DR/BC planning, and incident response while collaborating with IT teams in a hybrid work setting in Niwot, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services (IaaS/Paas) and Intune.
• Experience with network architecture, security, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to script in PowerShell and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, migrate to, and manage Microsoft Azure environments to meet organizational needs.
• Monitor and optimize cloud and on‑premise infrastructure for security and performance.
• Respond to incidents and drive cloud‑centric IT transformations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address IT infrastructure requirements.
