Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Technician to maintain the hardware infrastructure of leading cloud server technologies in Reno.

The ideal candidate will resolve issues quickly with server and network hardware, perform root cause analysis, and communicate complex tech concepts to a range of teammates.

This role requires working under pressure, coordinating with teams, and demonstrating initiative to support critical priorities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Data Center, hands on hardware support, network support.
• Certifications – need one or more of these: A+, CCNA, OSHA, COMPTIA, Cisco.
• Easily coachable, great personality !!!

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.
• Resolve issues quickly and accurately with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.
