Job summary

Rackspace Technology seeks a senior cloud leader to guide a team of Cloud Administrators and Engineers delivering 24x7 public cloud support. You will own incident management, automation programs, and scalable operations, while recruiting and developing top talent across the organization.

Success requires 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with 2+ years of leadership, plus hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or managed services, with 2+ years leading technical teams.
