Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT operations experience, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong experience with on-prem and cloud platforms and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Operations to ensure reliable, secure platforms.
• Oversee day-to-day IT service operations and incident response.
• Enforce ITIL-aligned processes and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Collaborate with security teams to manage risk.
