Verkada Inc. is hiring for a cloud infrastructure engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable services powering Verkada’s AI-powered cloud platform. You will own subdomains, work with multiple teams, and help optimize deployment and observability.

The role requires onsite work at our HQ in San Mateo, CA, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and collaboration across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS or related field.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in cloud infrastructure or backend systems.
• Experience with Python and/or Go is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software to manage and automate cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other teams to meet infrastructure needs with robust solutions.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging for high availability.
