Job summary

PayPay Securities is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help build a new organization within PayPay Group. You will collaborate across teams and shape scalable AWS infrastructure, supporting the launch of brand-new Mobile Securities services.

You will work with security engineers, automate deployments, and enable developers with fast, reliable cloud resources. English or Japanese proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS-based infrastructure design and build experience.
• Production-grade change management and release experience.
• Strong Cloud security practices and payment industry compliance knowledge.
• Experience with incident management and cross-team collaboration.
• Hands-on computing, storage and analytics in AWS; IaC tools experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; business-level English or Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure.
• Ensure uptime during patching and upgrades with no downtime.
• Design infrastructure with AWS regional failure tolerance.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers to provision secure infra.
• Automate AWS deployments to accelerate delivery for developers.
• Provide automation tools for easy resource deployment on AWS.
