Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Demand Planner to align customer demand with our cloud capacity. You will forecast resource needs, coordinate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Engineering to ensure availability of compute, storage, and network capacity, and translate demand signals into infrastructure requirements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management to deliver a smooth cloud experience for clients.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or capacity planning in cloud, data center, IT infrastructure industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to influence technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting models and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for cloud infrastructure resources.
• Align capacity planning with sales projections to ensure resources are available when needed.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to optimize supply/demand for compute, storage, and network capacity.
• Translate customer demand signals into actionable infrastructure requirements with GTM and product teams.
• Evaluate enterprise projects to anticipate capacity needs and reduce deployment bottlenecks.
• Identify gaps in supply planning and propose proactive solutions for high-priority deals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Datacenter Operations to optimize investments and cost efficiency.
• Provide leadership with insights on demand trends, capacity constraints, and risks.
• Track forecast accuracy, utilization, and variances; adjust plans data-driven.
