Zusammenfassung

Openkrill is seeking an Infra Engineer Team Lead in the United States to own and evolve the infrastructure powering a cloud and AI resource management platform. You will oversee self-hosted and SaaS deployments across AWS, GCP, and Azure, mentor engineers, and drive automation to boost reliability and scalability.

You will lead infrastructure projects, strengthen security, collaborate with product and R&D, and mentor teams while delivering production-grade solutions at scale in a remote-enabled

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience in complex environments.
• Two+ years of software engineering leadership, mentoring, and project coordination.
• Experience with two or more major clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) including deployment and troubleshooting of infra.
• Strong networking, IAM, SSO, OIDC, and cloud-native security knowledge.
• Proactive ownership mindset with strong accountability.
• Fluency in English; Hebrew proficiency beneficial for cross-team collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm architectures and internals.
• Go programming familiarity for tooling and systems work.
• Cost optimization experience in cloud environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end infrastructure design, operation, and continuous improvement for self-hosted, SaaS, and AI infrastructure.
• Lead multi-cloud deployments across AWS, GCP, and Azure including networking, IAM, SSO, and security configurations.
• Guide infrastructure initiatives and mentor team members while maintaining reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with customers to support deployments and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Drive automation to reduce toil and improve engineering productivity.
• Strengthen security practices across the stack and ensure compliance across environments.
• Identify risks, investigate complex issues, and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
