Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 5+ years of applied infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support engineering workflows.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations for resiliency and security.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure across public and private clouds.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical expertise to projects of moderate scope and develops creative solutions for design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Uses AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation while handling sensitive data.
• Drives a workstream across infrastructure technologies to architect and implement changes.
• Advises on upstream/downstream data implications and mitigation actions.
• Implements AI-assisted reusable practices in delivery and automation to address recurring issues with traceability.
• Provides cross-cloud technical support for complex integration issues above the API layer.
• Builds self-service tools, telemetry, guides, and automation to enable client and team issue resolution.
• Partners with engineering and product teams to close issues and drive product improvements.
• Demonstrates learning and teaching capability as new features and products roll out.
• Provides on-call support across time zones (follow-the-sun) with a distributed team.
