Job summary

Hashgraph is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to strengthen and scale our internal infrastructure, identity systems, and SaaS ecosystem as the organization grows. This role ensures our systems are secure, reliable, and operationally efficient.

You will design scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP, own IAM (SSO, MFA, RBAC), automate with IaC and CI/CD, administer core SaaS platforms (Atlassian, Salesforce, NetSuite), and collaborate with Security, HR, and Engineering to boost

Qualifications

• Strong systems and cloud engineering fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience designing and managing IAM systems (SSO, MFA, RBAC, lifecycle management).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Design and operate scalable infrastructure across cloud and internal systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Own and evolve identity and access management (IAM), including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and lifecycle automation.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD enablement.
• Administer and optimize core SaaS platforms (Atlassian, Salesforce, NetSuite), ensuring strong integrations and access governance.
• Strengthen security posture through vulnerability management, patching, and system hardening.
• Partner cross-functionally with Security, HR, and Engineering to support onboarding, compliance, and system integrations.
