Job summary

Okta is seeking an experienced professional to provide hands-on implementation and deployment services for Auth0 customers, leading multiple concurrent deployment projects to ensure long-term customer success. You will coordinate with the Customer Success team for smooth post-deployment transitions and continuous process improvements.

This role requires 3–5 years as a technical consultant, expertise in identity federation (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation), and practical knowledge

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Experience with identity federation and robust access control models (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation).
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures.
• Ability to work independently and multi-functionally supporting client work.
• Experience designing and implementing security/identity management solutions for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on consulting services post-sales for Okta customers.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
• Communicate technical and functional details appropriately to customers and partners.
• Provide design and deployment solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead project scope, schedule, status, and documentation; mentor customers.
