Job summary

The World’s Identity Company is seeking an experienced Software Architect to shape next-generation identity and security architectures across our Access Essentials platform. You will define long-term strategy, elevate engineering standards, and lead large cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving cybersecurity landscape.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to platform design, and build scalable cloud infrastructure to support secure, reliable identity services at scale.

Qualifications

• Must design and develop enterprise software with Java and Springboot.
• Strong OO, design patterns, and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/GraphDB) and cloud platforms AWS/GCP.
• Experience leading large technical projects as Architect/Tech Lead.
• Proficient in Agile, CI/CD, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shape next-generation identity and security architectures.
• Define long-term product strategy and elevate engineering standards.
• Lead technical projects across multiple workstreams (20+ engineers).
• Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and platform code.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical strategy.
