Job summary

CRB seeks a Security Operations Engineer to strengthen security, privacy, and operational resilience across enterprise tech. You will protect endpoints, identities, cloud services, and business apps while partnering with IT, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information security or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in cybersecurity, IT operations, or related discipline.
• Experience with enterprise endpoints, SaaS platforms, identity systems, and distributed workforces.
• Experience with vulnerability management, incident response, and risk-based controls.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, SSO, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to MSSPs, overseeing security operations and third-party delivery.
• Maintain security risk register and governance artifacts with leadership.
• Develop and improve security policies, runbooks, and incident response documentation.
• Lead audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Implement and improve security controls across cloud, SaaS, and on-premise systems.
• Manage identity and access—SSO, MFA, privileged access, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• Support endpoint security, patch management, and asset lifecycle operations.
• Automate security workflows using Python, PowerShell, and related tools.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
