Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Cloud Hardware Dev Engineer for AWS Generative AI & ML Servers, Accelerator Servers, to design, build and operate high-performance accelerator fleets for AI workloads. You will partner with customers and interdisciplinary teams to craft scalable, cost-efficient server solutions and lead manufacturing partners through full lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration, system optimization, and ownership of hardware products in a fast-moving cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with design & innovation and R&D.
• Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, storage, network, security, cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design, development and root-cause analysis of a new accelerated server segment.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions.
• Lead design and manufacturing partners and oversee the fleet post-launch for quality and customer fit.
