Job summary

CA C I International Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer - Cloud and Geospatial Data to join the FADE team in Denver, CO. You will design and implement scalable backend services, process large geospatial datasets, and build cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3-5 years of strong Java development skills.
• Experience with geospatial data processing and Postgres.
• 3+ years AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm or similar.
• Experience with DevOps tools like GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Nexus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to design, build, and maintain scalable backend software solutions.
• Develop and optimize big data pipelines to process massive geospatial datasets.
• Design and deploy AWS cloud-native backend services and capabilities.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies as program requirements evolve.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and bugs to maintain health.
• Participate in planning, design, and code reviews to maintain high standards.
