AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst to guide engineering teams on cloud costs and optimization. The role requires APAC-hour coverage with overlap across PST and CST, and a strong emphasis on collaboration with R&D and cost forecasting.

Candidates should be authorized to work in the US and bring deep FinOps experience. The role involves proactive cost reviews, root-cause analyses, and ongoing communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FinOps experience and cloud cost optimization expertise.
• Ability to investigate spend anomalies and provide root-cause analyses.
• Experience advising R&D/engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Forecast cloud and AI/LLM spend with team-level alignment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary FinOps contact for R&D teams via Slack and other channels.
• Engage APAC teams to review monthly cloud spend and cost opportunities.
• Monitor cloud/AI spend for anomalies and document findings in Jira.
• Contribute to monthly forecast cycles and team-based spend plans.
• Provide actionable optimization recommendations to owners.
• Support showback reporting with cost-driver insights.
