Job summary

Center for Internet Security (CIS) in the United States seeks a Director of Cloud Team to set the strategy, vision, and execution framework for CIS cloud engineering and product development. You will lead a cloud solutions team delivering secure, scalable cloud products across AWS, Azure, GCP, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of cloud engineering, cloud architecture, or cloud product development experience.
• 4+ years leading technical teams, including managing managers or architect-level contributors.
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple CSP environments and Shared Responsibility Model.
• Proficiency with automation/configuration tools and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term cloud engineering strategy across CIS cloud products and services.
• Establish architectural direction, standards, and frameworks for multi-cloud product delivery.
• Lead capacity planning, resource strategy, and team structure design.
• Partner with Product team to drive multi-year cloud roadmap and modernization.
• Lead, mentor, and scale Cloud Solutions team and foster high-performance culture.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of cloud-based products across CSPs.
