Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Manager, Cloud Security Engineering to lead a team that designs, builds and operates cloud security controls across AWS, Azure and GCP. You will own delivery quality, capacity, and standards while staying hands-on in architecture reviews and high-profile client work.

You will mentor engineers, set reusable baselines, and collaborate with GRC teams to meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CMMC, NIST and FedRAMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a security engineering team.
• Hands-on cloud security across AWS, Azure and GCP environments.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, CMMC, FedRAMP requirements.
• Knowledge of IAM, network zoning, encryption, and logging practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cloud Security Engineering team.
• Own delivery across the client portfolio and ensure milestones are met.
• Review architectures and unblock engineers when needed.
• Translate frameworks into functional controls and ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee incident response and drive rapid containment and remediation.
