Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking a hands-on Cloud Engineer to join the Cloud Architecture team in Massachusetts. You will design, build, automate, and support cloud-native AWS solutions across Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and related services.

In this role you’ll develop infrastructure as code using Terraform, AWS SAM, and CloudFormation; shape CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions; and collaborate with security, integrations, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and supporting AWS solutions.
• Experience with Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway and related services.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform; familiarity with AWS SAM/CloudFormation.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Programming or scripting with Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Experience with REST APIs, middleware, and cloud-native apps.
• Knowledge of IAM, OAuth 2.0, and secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support cloud-native AWS solutions.
• Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS SAM, and CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with integration and application teams to support APIs and serverless workloads.
