Job summary

Infosys Limited in Irving, Texas is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to join our Financial Services unit. You will collaborate with client and internal teams to resolve complex incidents and design scalable IT infrastructure solutions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and willingness to relocate or travel as needed; experience with Spark/PySpark/Scala, Linux, Docker, and monitoring tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Relocation and/or travel may be required for the role.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and documenting findings is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare assessments to document maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to design of scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and develop technical documentation.
• Align release schedules and environment readiness; execute deployments and post-deployment testing.
