Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients in Chicago and across the US.

You will bridge business and technical requirements, apply Well-Architected and CAF frameworks, manage risks, and mentor teams to ensure customer outcomes while earning AWS certifications and expanding domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading the delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of program or engagement management work leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects experience.
• 1+ years of working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams experience.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

• Guiding technical decisions and strategic planning using AWS services and best practices.
