Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience in IT infrastructure and data management.
• Strong Excel pivot tables and lookup skills.
• Visio diagram creation and shaping.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and serverless containers.
• Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
• Security architecture fundamentals for enterprise environments.
• Experience using AI for workflow automation.
• Excel analysis and data management including pivot tables and lookups.
• Visio diagram creation and shape manipulation.
• Cross-platform Linux/Windows server design and requirements.
• Familiarity with GCP/AWS/Azure and serverless containers (GKE, Cloud Run, EKS, AKS).
• General networking understanding and secured architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business strategy and technical execution through infrastructure design.
• Develop scalable, secure architecture across global IT ecosystems.
• Guide engineering teams on application-focused infrastructure blueprints.
• Drive alignment of existing infrastructure with compute/OS lifecycles.
• Collaborate to validate server/storage designs with security and capacity needs.
• Lead SIP processes and manage SIP/EOL reporting.
• Leverage AI/automation to reduce manual SIP/EOL workflow overhead.
