Job summary
Zebra Technologies in Lincolnshire, IL seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to bridge business strategy and technical execution by designing scalable, secure infrastructure aligned with Zebra IT standards. You will define standard blueprints for application-focused infrastructure and guide engineering teams to bring complex digital platforms to life.

Qualifications
- The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years in related IT infrastructure roles.
- Experience with Excel data management and diagram tooling.
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows server deployments and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of security architecture and network basics.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT Solution Architects to align server/storage designs with security and capacity needs.
- Manage the SIP process and support operational execution of intake requests.
- Generate quarterly SLO reports and assist with EOL/SIP reporting.
- Lead architectural discussions for SIP coverage and incident avoidance.
- Leverage AI to reduce manual SIP/EOL efforts and improve automation.
- Coordinate decommissioning of aging IT systems with business units.
