Job summary

Campbell Soup Company seeks an Associate Director to lead cloud and edge platforms, shaping strategy and governance for secure, scalable enterprise services. You will drive architecture, engineering, and operations alignment while partnering with cybersecurity and network teams to enable manufacturing and site workloads.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, delivering on modernization goals and platform health across cloud environments and edge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience in cloud, hybrid, or infrastructure platform roles.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing cloud architecture

Responsibilities

• Own the cloud and edge platform strategy and roadmap, aligned to modernization and manufacturing requirements.
• Provide leadership across Cloud Architecture & Engineering, Hybrid Cloud platforms and operations.
• Ensure cloud and edge platforms are architected, built, and deployed to enterprise architecture, security, and operational standards.
• Translate architectural intent into executable, standardized, and supportable solutions with engineering and operations teams.
• Oversee deployments, migrations, and hybrid integrations across enterprise and manufacturing environments.
• Ensure platforms meet availability, performance, resiliency, recoverability, and scalability expectations.
• Govern standard build patterns, reference architectures, and deployment models for Azure and hybrid workloads.
• Lead and develop managers across cloud and edge domains, with accountability for service health and lifecycle alignment.
• Partner with Cybersecurity to embed identity, access, segmentation, and cloud security controls by design.
• Collaborate with Global Network Services to ensure reliable cloud connectivity and edge networking.
• Support site workloads by aligning edge and cloud solutions with operational realities.
• Oversee lifecycle management for cloud and edge platforms, including upgrades and technology refresh.
• Provide regular communication to leadership on platform health, risks, and modernization outcomes.
