Campbell's is seeking a Data Solutions Architect to shape our enterprise data platform strategy and design scalable, secure data solutions for analytics and decision‑making across the organization. You will mentor engineering teams, establish architectural standards, and drive best practices to build a modern data ecosystem that meets current and future business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Data Engineering/Architecture or related disciplines.
• Hands-on with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, and SQL-based solutions.
• Deep understanding of Medallion Architecture and dimensional modelling.
• Experience designing secure, governed enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and IaC.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and scale large data pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to mentor engineering teams and establish standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise data solutions using Databricks, Azure, and cloud data tech.
• Lead data engineering solution design leveraging Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture.
• Guide teams in data modelling, ETL/ELT development, and platform implementation.
• Define scalable data integration patterns and movement strategies.
• Maintain architecture standards, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Enforce data security using Unity Catalog, RBAC, masking, and least privilege.
• Ensure data quality, monitoring, lineage, and governance across solutions.
• Optimize Spark workloads, Delta tables, and SQL queries for performance and cost.
• Review designs and mentor data engineers and developers.
• Produce architecture documentation and reusable design patterns.
