Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an Associate Director of Cloud & Edge Platforms to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of cloud, hybrid, and edge infrastructure supporting enterprise and manufacturing workloads. You will guide architecture, engineering, DevOps, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure platforms across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cloud, hybrid, or infrastructure platform roles.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing cloud architecture, cloud engineering, or infrastructure teams, including leaders.
• Strong hands‑on understanding of Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity and shared services.
• Experience delivering cloud platforms aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and operational governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across architecture, engineering execution, and operations.
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience operating in MSP‑delivered or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own the cloud and edge platform strategy and roadmap, aligned with modernization and manufacturing needs.
• Provide leadership and governance across Cloud Architecture & Engineering, Hybrid Cloud platforms and operations.
• Ensure cloud and edge platforms are architected, built, and deployed to enterprise security and operational standards.
• Translate architectural intent into executable, standardized solutions with engineering and operations.
• Oversee cloud deployments, migrations, and integrations across enterprise and manufacturing environments.
• Govern standard build patterns, reference architectures, and deployment models for Azure and hybrid workloads.
• Provide regular communications on platform health, risks, and modernization outcomes.
