Target is seeking an Engineering Director for Cloud Security to lead a team of engineers building, deploying, and operating scalable cloud security controls across public and private clouds. The role focuses on CSPM, IaC scanning, Kubernetes admission control, SSPM, and secure configuration management while aligning with remediation and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on technology experience with deep cloud security expertise.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering platform solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and develop a team of cloud security platform, automation, and governance engineers responsible for day-to-day implementation and operation of cloud security controls.
• Own end-to-end engineering, deployment, configuration, and ongoing operation of Target's cloud security platforms across public and private clouds.
• Own the implementation of IaC scanning policies in CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes admission control policies.
