Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of admin experience in networking, storage, OS, and hands-on systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems automation, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment pipelines for AWS Edge Connectivity Services across multiple regions.
• Build operational tooling and monitoring systems for efficient service management, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Architect and develop SRE practices, including runbooks, alerting strategies, and automated remediation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate AWS Edge Connectivity with AWS infra, third-party solutions, and government environments.
• Establish and maintain operational standards for service availability, performance, and security; drive continuous improvement through metrics.
