Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks a Software Development Engineer to design, build, deploy, and monitor components of the AWS Secret Cloud for Industry service. You will work on a highly available, resilient platform for customers and teams, aligning with security and reliability goals.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph eligibility, with on-call rotations roughly one week in six to maintain service health across AWS infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or CSSLP.
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience on new or existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software language.
• Current, active US Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility or above.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and monitor components of the AWS Secret Cloud for Industry service.
• This position involves on-call responsibilities, typically for one week in every six.
