Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking an Advanced Network Engineer to lead enterprise network architecture and security strategy across global projects. You will drive design, evaluation, and standardization of LAN/WAN solutions and guide major deployments.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and support resilience, cloud networking, and M&A integrations while aligning with change control and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 8+ years of progressive network engineering experience.
• Experience with Zscaler Zero Trust ecosystem (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) and security architectures.
• Data Center Automation experience with centralized fabric management and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect the enterprise network and security architecture, leading design and planning.
• Perform advanced technology evaluations and PoC testing for evolving business needs.
• Develop installation requirements across LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and related devices.
• Lead network assessments for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and establish standardization.
• Design and implement robust network infrastructure for disaster recovery and cyber recovery exercises.
• Provide SME-level consulting to business stakeholders and lead on-call escalations.
• Produce High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
