Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking a Cyber Cloud Security - DevSecOps Manager in Los Angeles to lead complex DevSecOps and Secure-by-Design engagements across cloud environments. You will translate cybersecurity requirements into practical engineering solutions and drive transformation with AI-enabled capabilities.

The role requires extensive leadership, client contact with senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years in DevSecOps or related security roles.
• 3+ years leading teams and managing budgets.
• 2+ years DevSecOps/SDLC assessments or roadmaps.
• Experience with SAST/DAST/SCA and CI/CD security plugins.
• Experience with NIST/ISO frameworks.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex DevSecOps and Secure-by-Design engagements from assessment to roadmap and implementation.
• Be the trusted client contact with senior stakeholders across security and tech.
• Conduct maturity assessments and develop prioritized transformation roadmaps.
• Design Secure-by-Design operating models across the SDLC.
• Guide AI-enabled DevSecOps and AI governance and security automation.
• Support business development and proposals with scope and estimates.
