Job summary

Deloitte's Cloud Cyber Risk team in the United States seeks a Cloud Architect, Manager, to help clients secure cloud transformation at scale. You will lead portions of engagements, design architectures, and oversee implementation and operations across leading cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes cloud security strategy, risk mitigation, and mentoring junior practitioners while delivering practical, secure cloud solutions for complex environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cloud security, cybersecurity, technology risk, or technology consulting
• 3+ years designing, assessing, or implementing security solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud
• 3+ years of experience with cloud security architecture, control design, or cloud configuration standards
• 3+ years of experience with cloud native application protection platform, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection platform, IAM, security monitoring, or DevSecOps controls
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or another technical field
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstreams across cloud cyber risk engagements, including assessment, design, implementation, and post-implementation activities
• Designing and evaluating cloud security architectures, configuration standards, and risk mitigation approaches across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud
• Developing client deliverables, including technical assessments, architecture designs, security recommendations, implementation plans, and remediation roadmaps
• Supporting the implementation and optimization of cloud security technologies including CSPM, CWPP, IAM, and DevSecOps controls
• Mentoring junior practitioners and contributing to solution development, market research, and proposals
