Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking a Cyber Cloud Security - DevSecOps Manager to lead complex security transformations across cloud environments, Secure SDLC, and AI-enabled security initiatives. You will coordinate with cyber, engineering, risk, and technology leadership to deliver secure, scalable software solutions.

The role requires guiding engagements from assessment to roadmap execution, mentoring cross-functional teams, and driving governance, metrics, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years in DevSecOps, Application Security, Secure SDLC, Cloud Security, or cybersecurity engineering/consulting.
• 3+ years leading teams with staffing, performance management, budgeting responsibilities.
• 2+ years leading DevSecOps/Secure SDLC projects with delivery planning and stakeholder coordination.
• 2+ years with CI/CD and security tools (SAST/DAST/SCA, etc.).
• 2+ years translating policies into technical security controls or SDLC workflows.
• Experience applying at least 2 cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, 800-53, OWASP, ISO 27001).
• 1+ year cloud security across Azure/AWS/GCP.
• 1+ year using governance/ticketing automation platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and client-facing work.
• Experience contributing to business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps engagements from current-state assessment through roadmap development and implementation.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Cybersecurity, Engineering, Cloud, and Risk.
• Lead maturity assessments across people, process, technology, and governance; identify gaps and plan transformations.
• Design Secure-by-Design operating models integrating security across the application lifecycle.
• Lead AI-enabled DevSecOps strategy and AI-assisted vulnerability remediation initiatives.
• Establish AI governance, threat modeling, and secure agent permissions with metric tracking.
• Define security engagement processes, risk classification, assessments, and go-live governance.
• Translate security policies into automated engineering controls and CI/CD requirements.
• Guide AppSec integration into CI/CD workflows and software supply chain security.
• Support business development with scopes, estimates and client presentations.
