Deloitte is seeking a Manager-level Cloud Architect to lead cloud cyber risk engagements in the United States, overseeing security strategy, architecture, implementation, and operations across major cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes delivering cloud security solutions, mentoring junior practitioners, and guiding clients through cloud transformation while maintaining high-quality work and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cloud security, cybersecurity, technology risk, or technology consulting.
• 3+ years of experience designing, assessing, or implementing security solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud security architecture, control design, or cloud configuration standards.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud native app protection platforms, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection, IAM, security monitoring, or DevSecOps controls.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or another technical field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on work and clients served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across cloud cyber risk engagements from assessment to post-implementation.
• Design and evaluate cloud security architectures, configuration standards, and risk mitigation approaches across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud.
• Develop client deliverables, including assessments, architecture designs, security recommendations, implementation plans, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support the implementation and optimization of cloud security technologies (CASB, CSPM, CWPP, IAM, monitoring, and DevSecOps controls).
• Contribute to practice development through solution development, market research, proposal support, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior practitioners.
