• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with DevOps and cloud engineering disciplines.
• Familiarity with automation, IaC, and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops, modifies, and configures complex software applications and integrates features to support operations.
• Automates data transfers, patch updates, and IaC deployments in cloud environments.
• Monitors infrastructure for instructional and operational apps, including deployment, patching, and updates.
• Responds to tickets and resolves technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintains and upgrades systems to deliver new features and ensure security.
• Coordinates with teams to document processes and ensure best practices.
• Researches new hardware, software, and third-party apps to improve systems and procedures.
• Provides data on system performance to support budgeting decisions.
