Job summary

Messagepoint is seeking an experienced DevOps Specialist to join our Cloud Operations team. This remote US role focuses on operating, automating, securing, and improving our AWS cloud infrastructure powering both traditional SaaS workloads and AI-powered products.

You will own production systems, design scalable architectures, and implement IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes with EKS, building CI/CD pipelines, and enforcing security,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on AWS production experience.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker in Linux environments.
• IaC experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience designing automated provisioning and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of AWS networking, IAM, encryption, secrets, and vulnerability management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for SaaS and AI products.
• Design, provision, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Build IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Develop automated provisioning, deployment, backup, and recovery workflows.
• Support Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS environments.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments, scaling, monitoring, and lifecycle.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Own infrastructure lifecycle for AI-powered products and MCP services.
• Deploy, secure, and monitor MCP servers with proper access controls.
