Job summary

Ryde Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize relational databases in AWS, focusing on Amazon RDS for Oracle, Aurora PostgreSQL, and RDS for SQL Server. You will own the full lifecycle of database operations, including provisioning, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, backup and recovery, security, and daily support.

You will lead cloud database standards, build runbooks, and drive automation to ensure high performance,

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on DBA experience in AWS environments with RDS and Aurora.
• Mandatory experience with Oracle on RDS and Amazon RDS platform administration.
• Strong hands-on Oracle on RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, and SQL Server on RDS capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize AWS RDS/Aurora databases across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Design, provisioning, patching, upgrades, and maintenance of DB environments.
