Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a hands-on Data Warehouse Technical Lead to drive the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise data warehousing solutions. This role will advance our cloud-based data platform and analytics capabilities across Finance, Enterprise Reporting, and BI.

You will lead technical solution design, mentor engineers, and partner with business stakeholders while actively involved in data engineering, performance optimization, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Advanced SQL development, including optimization, troubleshooting, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations.
• Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and review complex SQL queries and data models.
• Drive cloud-native data solutions using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, MWAA, Redshift).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
