Job summary

Oracle in Little Rock, AR seeks a Director of Sales, Data Platform to lead regional cloud sales of OCI, PaaS, and analytics. You will manage a team of Data Platform sellers, drive customer acquisitions, and align sales strategies with executive stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in technology/cloud sales leadership, strong leadership, negotiation, and the ability to mentor inside sales, pre-sales, and channel partners. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Technology / Cloud Sales Management experience.
• Ability to hire and train top Talent, new sales representatives.
• Proven leadership skills and strategic sales planning.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience selling Data Solutions and Public Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the region's sales, alliances, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a strategy to grow Oracle's Cloud portfolio.
• Lead and develop a team of sales representatives and training.
• Promote Oracle products, negotiate terms, and drive revenue.
• Plan territory strategies, forecasts, and weekly sales progress.
