EY is seeking a Data and Cloud Engineering Manager to turn data and AI capabilities into scalable, reliable production solutions. You will own workstreams, budgets, and client engagement while guiding teams across data platforms and cloud environments.

You’ll lead hands-on efforts, design pipelines, and ensure production readiness with a strong emphasis on governance, security, and performance. This role offers growth and cross-cloud exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proven record operating High Availability services on Azure (4+ years).
• Experience with core Azure services (Functions, Container Apps, SQL Database, Blob Storage, AKS, Monitor, Prometheus).
• Experience designing, deploying and managing container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing SRE standards for resiliency and scalability of microservices in Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience implementing SLIs, SLOs and Error Budgets.
• Experience monitoring container-based microservices & Cloud Platform services.
• CI/CD tools – GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter and fast problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Lead one or more technical workstreams and assure delivery quality.
• Translate business and client requirements into architecture and production platforms.
• Maintain daily client engagement and identify service opportunities.
• Manage resource plans, budgets and engagement economics.
• Own problems from source through data pipeline to production handoff.
• Automate and optimize across cross-functional teams.
• Remain hands-on with tested, version-controlled code.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high availability and performance.
• Design and run cloud and container platforms used by application teams.
• Build scalable pipelines and streaming architectures on Azure, AWS, GCP.
